This type of soil gives a lot of body and minerality to the wine, with both finesse and elegance in the expression of the fruit. Dry Riesling – 12.5% vol Vines 25 to 30 years old Manual harvest – yields 45-55hl/ha Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats and oak barrels.
