Dhroner and Piesporter correspond to the Burgundian villages. These are wines marked by the typicity of the cru but without the length and precision of great terroirs such as Hofberg or Goldtröpchen. These are very beautiful wines vinified in the spirit of a Kabinett, low alcohol (around 8°) and some residual sugars. These are tender, joyful wines, ideal for whetting your appetite.
