RIESLING HOFBERG FEINHERB 2012

Here we are on the Hofberg, the emblematic cru of the estate. This cuvée is almost similar to a demi-sec like you can find in the Loire, because we are a little higher in alcohol than on a Kabinett, around 11° for about twenty grams of residual. The difference comes from the high acidities which allow the wine to be extremely lively and airy, a very moving tactile sensation in the mouth with a beautiful complexity!
