Here we are on the Hofberg, the emblematic cru of the estate. In 2014, Andreas Adam released only one cuvée of sweet wines. Although the year did not necessarily lend itself to the great selections of noble grapes, Andreas nevertheless managed one of the most beautiful Auslese of the estate in this vintage. Great not because of the concentration, but because of the balance and aromatic purity. The material is delicate, light and perfectly chiseled. A great soft all in lace.
