RIESLING GOLDTROPFCHEN GROSSES GEWACHS 2015

Here we are on the Goldtröpfchen, one of the most beautiful terroirs in the region, of which Andreas Adam was able to acquire a few ares in 2007. The Grosses Gewachs correspond to very beautiful triries vinified in dry white, like a Burgundian or Alsatian cru. The wines take on an additional mineral dimension, with a magnificent tension between ripeness, acidity and tactile sensation.
