Superb success of the estate on this red Anjou of great completeness. A lot of finesse on the nose, and a full volume on the palate with a tight structure that drives the wine along its entire length. The finish is fresh and mouth-watering. A bottle that will face the years without weakening, and will surely give us as much pleasure as Les Touches 1996 is now!
