This amphora cuvée is produced from the oldest vines in the heart of the medieval village of Saint-Haon-Le-Chatel. The macerations are very long, about 8 months in amphora, with little intervention. The result is a wine of great finesse and purity that expresses pronounced notes of stone fruit and liquorice.
