This is a Chardonnay on sandy and granite soil. The result is a wine with generous aromas, mixing exotic fruits and bakery, which retains a superb freshness thanks to a tangy finish with citrus notes. A wine that is all about balance.
Terroir : Granite at an altitude of 400m
Vinification: Direct pressing, cold settling
Ageing: 11 months (50% 228L and 400L barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks)
