Domaine de Bellivière’s first white wine, it is a lively, expressive wine. The nose, with floral notes of persimmon loquat, whets the appetite. The palate, lively, fresh and sapid calls for the second glass. It is a disheveled wine, but with a precise and controlled writing, a beautiful introduction to Eric Nicolas’ calligraphy. In 2007, the wine is soft, giving it an extra sensuality, which combines wonderfully with the naturalness of the wine.
