The simple Gattinara is a wonderful introduction to the work of the Antoniolo family. The wine expresses all the finesse and elegance of the estate’s wines. A ready-to-drink wine, both expressive and calm.
11 hectares are devoted to Gattinara, with vines on moraine bedrock, and a south/south-west exposure. The annual production is about 15000 bottles. The grapes undergo a fermentation of 10 to 12 days, on skin, before being put into barrels for 30 months of ageing
