Calligramme is a blend of Chenin vines over fifty years old in the Jasnières appellation. This cuvée has a very mineral character on the finish, but is also rich and concentrated. Depending on the vintage, it can go from dry (2002) to sweet (2003). In 2006 it is a sec. The quality of the terroir gives it great ageing potential (10 to 20 years).

The vines of this cuvée are located on plots facing south/south-east to south/south-west, slopes overlooking the Loir. The soil is composed of flint clays on freestone. The vines are now cultivated biodynamically, harvested by hand, with yields not exceeding 35hl/ha. In the winery, vinification is carried out in a natural way in barrels.
