RIESLING HOFBERG GROSSES GEWACHS 2013

Here we are on the Hofberg, the emblematic cru of the estate. The Grosses Gewachs correspond to very beautiful triries vinified in dry white, like a Burgundian or Alsatian cru. The wines take on an additional mineral dimension, with a magnificent tension between ripeness, acidity and tactile sensation.
